Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm preferred. Strong knowledge of fund accounting principles and reconciliation processes. Ability to provide guidance to less experienced team members; people management responsibilities may apply in some geographies.
