About The Position
CLA is currently seeking an Associate to join our Spoke Fund Administration group. The purpose of this role is to create opportunities every day for our clients, our people, and our communities through industry-focused wealth advisory, digital, audit, tax, consulting, and outsourcing services. As an Associate, you will gain the ability to handle multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. You will coordinate and process accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll. Additionally, you will complete financial statements and coordinate account reconciliations, including bank and credit card reconciliations, prepaids, accounts receivable, fixed assets, accounts payable, and accruals. You will also be responsible for completing sales tax returns, Form 1099s, and other forms or items as requested by clients.
