About The Position

We are looking for early-career professionals (1–3 years experience) to join our CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) practice in Reston, VA, supporting U.S. Federal and GovCon clients. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational SaaS/ERP exposure, strong analytical skills, and interest in CLM/Icertis, who are eager to grow through structured training and hands-on project experience.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in CLM/SaaS/ERP, Business Analysis, Consulting, or IT Support roles
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn CLM platforms (Icertis preferred)
  • Ability to work in a client-facing, fast-paced environment
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Reston, VA
  • Onsite work model (onsite presence required based on project needs)
  • Ability to work with U.S. Federal clients (GovCon exposure is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel (if required for client engagements)

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Icertis / CLM / Salesforce / SAP / Oracle or similar platforms
  • Basic understanding of contracts, procurement, or legal processes
  • Interest or exposure to U.S. Federal / GovCon environments

Responsibilities

  • Assist in requirement gathering, business analysis, and documentation
  • Support configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment activities
  • Work closely with senior consultants on CLM/Icertis implementations
  • Perform data validation, issue tracking, and support resolution
  • Support client workshops, demos, and user training sessions
  • Prepare functional documentation, reports, and user guides
  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product teams
  • Ensure timely execution of assigned deliverables
  • Participate in CLM/Icertis training and certification programs
  • Build understanding of contract management, procurement, and compliance processes
  • Develop knowledge of SaaS, Cloud, and AI-enabled CLM solutions
