About The Position

Summary: As a member of the Applications Laboratory, the successful applicant will evaluate new flavors and create new products containing flavors in a wide variety of food and beverage systems.

Requirements

• BS in Food Science or related Science
• Capable of handling multiple projects in a limited time frame
• Detail oriented, reliable and organized
• Understanding basic principles of Food Science
• Interpersonal and written/oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work on several projects simultaneously to meet customers’ need and timetables
• Complete projects with attention to detail, customers’ needs in mind, and within a given timeframe with direct supervision
• Gain the knowledge necessary to manufacture all the finished products in the FAL repertoire
• Order necessary raw materials needed for project and general lab work
• Conduct laboratory maintenance as needed
• Participate in outside shows and/or customer demonstrations, maintaining the expected level of Robertet quality
• Commitment to Robertet and SQF Quality Standards and continuous improvement of the quality management systems
