About The Position

Reporting to the R&D Manager, you will support multiple brands across Canada and Global Markets by bringing a food‑forward, culinary‑driven mindset to product development. You will apply your scientific foundation, curiosity for consumer demand, and passion for food innovation to develop new products and improve existing items that strengthen Conagra’s portfolio. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Develop new products from concept through successful commercialization. Conduct plant trials and support new product startups. Plan, prioritize, and complete technical tasks while maintaining accurate and complete records. Work with pilot plant equipment under guidance from senior team members. Use the online specification system to support documentation requirements. Create experiments, analyze data, and prepare results for technical review. Understand consumer demand spaces and develop prototypes that meet customer needs. Support team activities including product cuttings, plant trials, and analytical or sensory testing. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including sanitation of equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or a related field. 1+ year of relevant work or internship experience preferred. Experience with ingredient functionality and cost‑optimization projects. Curiosity for consumer demand, culinary trends, and innovations in the consumer packaged goods space. Knowledge of product design, formulation, process design, scale‑up, plant testing, and commercialization. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or a related field.
• 1+ year of relevant work or internship experience preferred.
