Associate, Fleet Operations - Program Management: The Associate, Fleet Operations – Program Management, supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Fleet Operations activities that contribute to operational readiness and Games-time delivery for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The role focuses on assisting with operational planning tasks, maintaining project documentation, and supporting coordination across fleet operations and workstreams. Working within the Transport Department and the Fleet Operations sub-function, the Associate this role collaborates with internal LA28 teams including Fleet Operations, Depot Operations, Technology, Workforce, Readiness, Venue Operations, Security, and Accreditation. The role also supports engagement with external operators, vendors, contractors, and public agencies as needed to implement fleet operational plans. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple operational tasks within defined projects. The Associate, Fleet Operations – Program Management will contribute to the development of operational tools, materials, and documentation while supporting managers, and senior team members responsible for fleet readiness and delivery.
