We’re searching for an Associate Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team in a hybrid work environment to our Chicago (West Loop) office. To keep us headed in the right direction, we’re looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team’s diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in finance, business, or a related field
  • 1+ years of related FP&A and business partnership
  • Excel expertise, with the ability to build and manage complex models.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Excellent with numbers, math & logic

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent financial management and analytical skills, with a deep and demonstrated understanding of financial modeling and analysis tools.
  • Passionate about business: you like to understand what drives a business, and try to identify opportunities to go after and risks to mitigate

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the financial planning tool for the enterprise
  • Help create Board and Operating materials on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Maintain financial models to support the product/new business initiatives, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Automate and streamline monthly reporting.
  • Support consolidation and reporting of operational data and metrics while providing insights and driving measurable results through strong influencing and collaboration skills.
  • Interpret the data into actionable items and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive measurable results with a sense of urgency.
  • Lead development and enhancement of dashboards and reporting packages to drive improved business results.
