About The Position
A&F seeks a Financial Analyst to join the Real Estate Finance team. The analyst will provide financial and strategic support to the Real Estate team and cross functional partners through domestic mall and high street opportunity examination, capital plan management, deal structure analysis, and fleet performance reporting. This individual will develop strong cross-functional partnerships across the organization to gain alignment on strategic priorities, drive capital investment, and execute long-range growth plans, while maximizing productivity and profitability. This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
