About the position

We are seeking an Associate Financial Advisor (AFA) to work alongside a Personal Financial Advisor to manage the relationships of roughly 50 to 250 'best fit' client households in our Dayton, Ohio office. Our practice has grown from $16 million AUM in 2011 to $580 million today. We have been recognized as a Private Wealth Advisor Practice and have received the Forbes Best in State Management Teams award along with many individual Advisor awards. Over this time, we have continually screened our clientele for quality individuals who are willing to receive advice and good people we enjoy working with. Our knowledgeable advice and proactive service approach has been rewarded with much growth from our clients. We anticipate this growth to continue, and we want to ensure our clients continue to receive industry leading service and advice. The AFA will begin by assisting our Personal Advisors by working with existing and new clients. The Personal advisor will lead you as you hone your skills and prepare to manage an existing base of clients. As an AFA, you will be instrumental in creating and delivering a unique client experience that defines and differentiates our practice. Although the qualifications listed below are necessary, the primary quality we seek is an individual that will work well on a team. Someone who can primarily focus on the team's goals versus personal success. By doing so, we believe personal success can and will be achieved.
