  • Gather information and collect suitability to understand clients' needs, priorities, and concerns.
  • Meet with clients regularly to track progress toward goals and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Partner with clients' professional teams, such as attorneys and accountants, to understand their goals.
  • Research portfolio performance and make recommendations to clients based on findings.
  • Collaborate with the financial advisor and branch team to align and adjust the branch business plan.
  • Cultivate relationships with organizations and businesses to maintain community presence and obtain referrals.
  • Coordinate with the financial advisor to assist in creating new clients through various sourcing strategies.
  • Engage in continuous personal and professional development.
  • High School Diploma/Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Series 7 and Series 66 required; registrations may be obtained during the assigned study period.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the securities industry preferred.
  • FINRA licenses required within three months of employment.
  • State insurance licenses required.
  • Experience in client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
