Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• Ability to make solid decisions in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Study for and obtain the Associate Financial Advisor program's required licensing
• Study and pass series 7 exam
• Study and pass series 66 and life and health insurance exams
• Complete Associate Financial Advisor program assignments within the curriculum's timelines
• Introduction to RBC tools and technology
• Understand RBC policies and procedures
• Learn about products and services through scenarios and case studies
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Plan, market, prospect, and service clients
• Report activities and results as per program requirements
• Implement coaching from the Associate Financial Advisor sales manager
• Familiarize with RBC Wealth Management
• Stay updated on financial news to support professional development
• Complete all required online orientation modules
