The Associate Manager THX Finance plays a critical role for The Hershey Experience region with P&L and accounting responsibility, control oversight, project, and initiative support for the Global Licensing and National Food Service businesses generating $415M in Net Sales. This position will focus on efficient and accurate management of all FP&A and accounting activities for the Global Licensing businesses including Balance Sheet and P&L oversight, risk and controls governance, and reporting requirements. Strong managerial and leadership capabilities will also be required to optimize business processes and drive mindful business decisions. Additionally, this position will partner with cross-functional teams to assist in the evaluation of strategic priorities, business objectives, and Licensing related projects. The successful candidate will possess the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/areas of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy. This role will also support THX's growing National Food Service channel from a finance perspective, including FP&A and ad hoc requests.
