Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based individual who will proactively collaborate with internal teams to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation. The individual will be responsible for living and exemplifying Stryker's values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance. This role involves providing effective, proficient, and timely service and repairs to all customers in direct support of the sales team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. The individual will adhere to account protocols and be responsible for fault isolation and maintenance of equipment at account locations. Additionally, the role includes promoting Stryker's business by recognizing opportunities to fulfill additional customer needs and communicating with the appropriate personnel for follow-up. The individual will also provide post-sale in-servicing on equipment operation and maintenance, perform warranty, upgrades, field actions, preventative maintenance, installations, deliveries, and any other related services required by a client. Administrative duties must be followed accurately and timely, and the individual will assist in the development of new service procedures and provide new product information to customers. Maintaining an accurate inventory of Stryker equipment and parts is also a key responsibility.
