About The Position
As an Associate Field Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of advanced Stryker robotic systems. In this field-based role, you will install, maintain, and repair these systems, troubleshooting issues both remotely and on-site. This position requires you to be residentially located in Denver or the surrounding areas, as you will travel up to 50% throughout Colorado and neighboring states to hospitals or surgery centers. Your responsibilities will include expert maintenance and repairs, customer relationship management, and proactive service and maintenance, among others.
