About The Position

At Treasure Data, we’re on a mission to radically simplify how companies use data and AI to create connected customer experiences. Our intelligent customer data platform (CDP) drives revenue growth and operational efficiency across the enterprise to deliver powerful business outcomes. We are thrilled that Forrester has recognized Treasure Data as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Customer Data Platforms For B2C. It's an honor to be acknowledged for our efforts in advancing the CDP industry with cutting-edge AI and real-time capabilities. Furthermore, Treasure Data employees are enthusiastic, data-driven, and customer-obsessed. We are a team of drivers—self-starters who take initiative, anticipate needs, and proactively jump in to solve problems. Our actions reflect our values of honesty, reliability, openness, and humility. We’re looking for an early‑career, Associate Field Marketing professional to support our NALA and EMEA teams with high‑impact field programs that generate pipeline and deepen relationships with customers and prospects. You’ll focus on in‑person field events and bespoke 1:few experiences—especially our executive‑level Diamond dinners—working cross‑functionally to plan, execute, and measure programs that move deals forward.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in B2B marketing with hands-on event/field execution; SaaS or data/MarTech experience and familiarity with a long sales cycle a plus.
  • Demonstrated success running in‑person events and VIP/customer experiences (dinners, roundtables, roadshows) with measurable pipeline impact.
  • Strong project management: timelines, budgets, vendor management, and onsite delivery with high attention to detail.
  • Confident collaborator with Sales/SDR, Partners, and Execs; excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable working across time zones to support Americas and EMEA priorities.
  • Familiarity with common marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, CRM; event & webinar platforms like Cvent/Splash/BrightTalk a plus).
  • Data‑driven mindset: able to define KPIs, build simple dashboards, and translate insights into next‑step recommendations.
  • Ability to travel domestically (and occasionally internationally) for events (~20–30% seasonally).

Responsibilities

  • Support regional Marketing teammates on their events end‑to-end—briefs, timelines, vendor and venue coordination, asset shipping, onsite staffing/coverage, and post‑event reporting—sharing templates and vendor relationships to drive consistency and scale across NALA and EMEA.
  • Own end‑to‑end production of executive‑level Diamond dinners: venue sourcing, curated guest lists, executive outreach support, run‑of‑show, onsite execution, and post‑event follow‑up to accelerate opportunities.
  • Drive event operations excellence: timelines, budgets, POs, vendor/venue contracts, catering, A/V, shipping, swag, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure flawless onsite execution: staffing plans, briefings, talk tracks, signage/booth presence, lead capture, session logistics, and VIP hosting.
  • Operationalize follow‑up: lead routing, SLA‑driven handoffs, meeting notes, source tagging, and progression reporting to ensure every interaction advances the pipeline.
  • Work with Marketing Ops to maintain accurate records in Marketo and Hubspot and uphold data privacy/consent and brand standards.
