About This Role As an Associate Field Engineer , you will be crucial to ALC’s business through the field commissioning of building automation systems created specifically for each individual customer. We are looking for a team member who is self-motivated, detail oriented, and is customer focused. This position is your first introduction into the career of a Field Engineer. You will begin to complete assignments using troubleshooting skills, projects will advance in difficultly to develop your skills. The ideal candidate will be a 2024 or 2025 graduate of a Technical Trade school, or High School with a focus in HVAC, Controls, or related field. As a new Associate Field Engineer, you will be a part of our Fast-Track Field Technician Program. This includes a 2 week paid trip to Atlanta, Georgia where we will teach you everything you need to perform your new role with excellence. There will also be a number of fun team building activities during the connecting weekend to participate in. The start date of this program will be January 27, 2026.
