We are seeking a proactive and forward-thinking Associate Facility Solutions Manager (AFSM) to join our team in the facility maintenance services field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the business operations of assigned clients in North County San Diego. This position provides field support, including training, guidance with starting new clients, inspections of Contractor performance and compliance with client requirements, trouble-shooting customer requests/complaints, coordinating site visits, and developing long-term relationships with clients and Contractors. The Associate Facility Solutions Manager must be able to work independently and with others, in any type of facility, including but not limited to industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, etc. The AFSM must also exercise good judgment in reporting client concerns to management and in seeking the involvement of others to best meet clients’ needs. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, procuring supplies from clients and ensuring high client satisfaction.
