About The Position

The Associate Experience Specialist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of experiences, programs, events, and activities aimed at improving associate engagement, team collaboration, finding solutions to reduce turnover and overall job satisfaction across the Choctaw Nation workforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resource Administration, or related field or 4 years of directly related experience in lieu of education.
  • Strong writing, public speaking, business analysis, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of associate engagement concepts
  • Ability to travel to events.
  • Copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Fully competent in Microsoft Office suite to produce high quality reports.
  • Two (2) years of related customer service experience in an advisory and/or consultant capacity

Responsibilities

  • Provide information, education, and upskill to all levels of people leaders to maximize the associate experience for the benefit of the tribe and the wellbeing of our associates.
  • Partner across the organization to obtain feedback pertaining to the associate experience and provide descriptive, diagnostic, predictive analysis and recommendations for new actions and initiatives to address identified concerns and roadblocks. Develops timely and professional report outs.
  • Provide ongoing support to all levels of leadership for engagement and experiences program optimization to include troubleshooting platform issues with vendors and responding to associate requests.
  • Develop and documents key tactical communication toolkits to ensure pre-, day of and post- associate activities/events/programs messaging is provided to Senior leadership, people leaders and associates. Conducts after-action meetings to gather and analyze feedback from event participants, making data-driven improvements for future events.
  • Research and develop recommendations for key tribal-wide and/or Human Resources experience initiatives and produce high-quality deliverables that meet business case needs. (e.g. Employer of Choice – Awards Strategy, Advising Interactions)
  • Coordinate organizational associate activities, events, and programs (e.g., Associate of the Quarter, Service Milestones, Achievers, Voice of Associate), updating of related records, procedures, and processes as assigned. Maintains inventory of materials and documents (plaques, certificates, décor).
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.
  • Attend associate team meetings to learn more about associate engagement and retention efforts within the programs.
