About The Position
Responsible for leading the development and execution of enterprise-wide strategies that elevate the associate experience across the Kroger organization. Drives the creation, implementation, and adoption of programs that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment. Champions continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and impactful communication to enhance engagement, retention, and overall workplace satisfaction through partnership with internal stakeholders and associate feedback.
