This role requires associated to work out of a MVH North America hub location in Vancouver, WA; Los Angeles, CA; Tampa, FL. Why This Role Matters: The NA Associate Experience Manager is a creative, strategic, and collaborative individual contributor with a big impact across Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) who will help design and scale global culture and engagement programs across our multi-segment Veterinary healthcare organization of 70,000+ associates. This role will play a key part in activating our company’s values, strengthening our inclusive and purpose-driven culture, and ensuring a consistent and meaningful experience for associates across all regions and functions. As a critical member within the People & Organization (P&O) team, you will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, partner across business units, and contribute to shaping how our people connect, grow, and thrive at work.
