Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Assistant to support a Divisional Branch Network Senior Executive. In this role, you will provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports. You will perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions. Additionally, you will support projects, assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning, act as an information source on group and company policies, receive direction from your supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing an understanding of the Administrative Support function, collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, and interact with external customers.

  • Provide a high level of professional support including executive level administrative work.

  • Create and edit extensive documents and prepare expense report submissions.
  • Support projects and assist with budget planning.

  • 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience supporting multiple executives in a matrixed or centralized team structure.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Meetings, Events, Sponsorships and Memberships (MESM) understanding of process and procedures.
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in executive interactions.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Experienced knowledge of Concur, MESM, JIRA, and other administrative tools.
