About The Position

Requirements

  • State license as a nursing home administrator and/or Assisted Living License.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations in support of the Executive Director.
  • Oversee occupancy and monthly financial performance for the property.
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and the community.
  • Supervise, direct, and motivate staff, ensuring effective training programs are executed.
  • Ensure high resident satisfaction and retention through quality service delivery.
  • Administer annual resident satisfaction surveys and execute renewal programs for residents.
  • Develop annual operating and capital budgets in conjunction with the Executive Director.
  • Hire, train, discipline, and terminate employees according to company policies.
  • Ensure property maintenance meets company standards through oversight of preventative maintenance systems.
  • Maintain current departmental policies, procedures, and licenses as required.
  • Foster creativity among staff to enhance service quality and stability.
  • Engage with the local community and represent the facility to various public agencies.
  • Conduct regular meetings with department heads and associates to review safety and operational issues.
