About The Position

The Associate Executive Director at Brightview Senior Living will embark on a journey to further hone relationship building and leadership skills as well as business acumen as they advance through our AED program in order to run a Brightview community of their own one day! It is imperative that the AED embrace the vision, the mission and the vibrancy of the organization as they will help lead a team in creating and maintaining a vibrant and engaging living environment for Brightview residents and make Brightview a great place to work for its Associates!

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent experience
• One to three years of management experience in a similar environment
• Proficient in MS Office products, internet and industry-specific software programs for marketing, payroll and accounts payable/receivable
• Meet state licensing requirements (where applicable)
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
• Problem analysis and resolution at both strategic and functional levels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Work in an entrepreneurial environment
• Assist with leading the community with creativity and independence
• Help the Executive Director oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure exceptional quality and service, sustained resident satisfaction and associate engagement, operational efficiency, and strong financial results
• Involved in every facet of the operation - Hospitality, Health Services, Dining, Programming, Sales, Maintenance, and the Business Office
