Qualified candidates will have experience in Assisted and Independent Living, proven leadership skills, strong business acumen, the ability to build relationships in and outside of the facility, and strong working knowledge of Assisted Living and Independent Living operations along with the ability to market and provide world class hospitality. They will have the ability to coach and provide superior leadership and direction.
