We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Equipment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our equipment inventory for marketing events, ensuring that all tools and machinery are in optimal condition and readily available for use. You will support internal and external customers and the Events team in day-to-day tasks and reporting. As an Associate Event Equipment Coordinator, a typical day might include the following: Oversee the inventory of equipment, tools, and machinery. Coordinate the maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Working hands on with SEL products Track equipment usage and manage records to ensure accurate inventory levels. Collaborate with various departments to forecast equipment needs and procure necessary items. Implement and maintain safety protocols related to equipment handling and usage. Provide customer support and ensure equipment is up-to-date, working, and presentable. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World-Class Manufacturing principles. Understand. Pay Range Data We anticipate filling this position as an Associate Event Equipment Coordinator $26.70 - $39.50. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
