Performs cleaning functions in assigned areas to maintain a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Able to follow written directions and record information using high school level literacy skills.
- Visual and auditory acuity.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
- Able to engage in strenuous physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs. and climbing.
- Able to work outdoors in extremes of heat and cold.
- Experience in housekeeping or maintenance work.
- Personal maturity, calmness of disposition, and a friendly supportive attitude are required, as is a willingness to learn.
- On the job training is provided.
