The Associate, Enrollment & Sales – Acquisition supports the Youth Camps & Events Sales & Enrollment team by helping attract and engage new families to the Headfirst community. This role focuses on the “top of the funnel”work and will be executing outreach campaigns, managing lead pipelines, and contributing to initiatives that convert first-time families into enrolled participants. The Sales & Enrollment team introduces new families to the inspiring camp and event experiences that spark growth, teamwork, and confidence in every child, building trust through clear communication, knowledgeable support, and proactive outreach. The Associate, Enrollment & Sales – Acquisition helps fuel sustainable growth by reaching new audiences, communicating program value, and ensuring that every prospective family’s first impression of Headfirst is exceptional.
