About The Position
Ducommun is seeking an Associate Engineer to provide project and engineering assistance in our Parsons, KS facility. The role involves establishing operational methods and work standards, investigating non-conforming parts, analyzing operations for cost-justified improvements, and optimizing the use of resources. The Associate Engineer will also complete tasks related to EHS, Quality, and efficiency projects, conduct studies on cost control, and adhere to company policies and procedures. This position requires proper handling of hazardous waste and performing other assignments as required.
