The EP/Associate will play a key role in developing and supporting tools, programs, and resources that strengthen the employee experience, engagement and collaboration across Electric Engineering. This role supports initiatives for new hires, current employees, and summer interns/co-op by helping design and maintain onboarding materials, engagement programs (including the summer internship program), learning resources, and knowledge sharing systems. The Associate will also contribute to the rollout and support of new platforms and processes that enhance departmental performance, streamline workflows, and improve communication, collaboration, and employee development.
