About The Position
The Technology Enablement team at American Tower drives innovation to advance operational excellence within the Operations organization. As part of this dynamic group, you’ll join a collaborative environment that values technical curiosity, creative problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The team partners across departments, including IT, business operations, and other functions to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance asset management and streamline workflows. As an Associate Systems Engineer, you’ll work closely with experienced engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to develop and support software applications and data models that power our operations. You’ll contribute to cross-functional projects, participate in the automation of data analysis, and help build interactive tools for both internal and customer-facing use. This role offers the opportunity to learn from mentors, expand your technical skillset, and play a key part in shaping the future of technology at American Tower.
