The Associate Engineer supports the Aircraft Connectivity Engineering Services (ACES) Team by providing foundational project engineering support for aircraft Wi‑Fi systems while partnering with internal and external Customers to enhance reliability, efficiency, and customer experience. They’ll assist with configuring aircraft connectivity systems, support the implementation of FAA regulatory requirements, and help ensure airline dependability, contractual obligations, and Customer experience standards are consistently met. Through strong attention to detail, collaboration, and a commitment to quality, the Associate Engineer is excited to help strengthen Southwest’s connectivity investments and contribute to safe, reliable, and enjoyable travel for Customers.
