About The Position
The Associate Employee Experience Manager maintains and enhances a positive employee experience by serving as a primary resource for employees and executing human resources policies, programs, and practices. The Associate Employee Experience Manager partners with functional supervisors and managers to execute HR initiatives that support the business and build a positive employee experience. This is a mid-shift/2nd shift role with potential working schedules of 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm, or 1pm-9pm.
