About The Position

Requirements
- 4–6 years of law firm experience in venture capital and/or M&A
- Strong academic background
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confidence managing multiple high value matters under tight timelines
Responsibilities
- Handle equity financings
- Handle M&A
- Handle corporate governance
- Handle venture fund matters
- Working directly with founders, management, and investors
- Exposure across early stage through late stage rounds and cross border assignments
