Requirements

Strong aptitude in problem solving, data collection, statistical analysis, and making process improvements through sound, data-driven decisions.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Proficient in the use of common electrical testing tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and on a team.
Must be able to stand for 8 hours
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Provide quotes and estimates for control system installations.
Design electrical control panels and industrial automation equipment wiring including PLC-, HMI-, VFD, and servo systems.
Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs including vibration monitoring systems.
Work with vendors to assure specifications and code requirements are followed.
Support the maintenance and operations team with troubleshooting.
Travel requirements: Less than 10% for training, project support, and vendor visits.
