Associate Electrical Engineer (On-site) Requirements: Education: Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. Hands-on Project Experience: Demonstrated experience designing, building, and testing electronics through university capstone projects, research labs, or internships. (Participation in student competitions like Formula SAE, Solar Car, or Robotics Club is a huge plus). EE Fundamentals: Strong academic foundation in: Power Electronics: Understanding of buck/boost converters, LDOs, and motor drivers. Digital Electronics: Familiarity with Microcontrollers (MCU), common interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART), and basic high-speed concepts. Analog Electronics: Op-amps, filters, and sensing circuits. EDA Tools: Basic proficiency with Altium Designer (or similar tools like KiCad/Eagle) for schematic capture and PCB layout. Lab Skills: Comfortable using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and soldering irons to debug hardware. Problem Solving: A logical approach to troubleshooting bugs and a willingness to document findings clearly. Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts and ask questions when stuck.
