Your next role The Associate Electrical Engineer will lead the design of electrical systems and manage a team to deliver high-quality solutions. You will work closely with clients, architects, other Buro Happold Engineers, and/or design team members as part of a dedicated and skilled team. Duties include the production of coordinated detailed design drawings, specifications, written reports, site observation reports, schedules etc. on a variety of projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering design for buildings and infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior role within MEP for an architectural engineering consultancy.
- Relevant bachelor's or master's degree.
- Experience using Revit and computational analysis tools.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve and propose multiple solutions to clients.
Nice To Haves
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) desirable.
- LEED AP accredited preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical specifications of electrical systems, ensuring quality output.
- Manage project resources, client relationships, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Guide graduates and other junior engineers through their professional development.
- Communicate directly with clients and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure practices, policies, strategy, and services represent the client's best interests and comply with current legislation and building codes.

- Salary range of $105,000 to $150,000. This will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience
