  • Develop, administer, and implement environmental health and safety (EHS) programs in accordance with governmental and company requirements.
  • Review and analyze documentation issued by regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies to determine corrective action plans.
  • Conduct studies and prepare environmental impact reports for new construction projects, plant processes and permit changes.
  • Evaluate proposed regulations to determine financial and industrial impact.
  • Interact with regulatory bodies to resolve compliance issues and assist in regulatory audits.
  • Identify and take corrective action against activities that pose potential threats to workers' health or safety.
  • Provide/promote employee awareness/training on matters of environmental health and safety.
  • Conduct EHS reviews for new product development, facility modification, product manufacturing modifications, and new equipment/machinery installations.
  • Facilitate EHS reviews for product transfer to/from other facilities.
  • Develop and drive programs and policies to improve safety culture and risk reduction.
  • Lead Emergency Response Team.
  • Partner with Facilities on environmental sustainability initiatives and applicable data management.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 0+ years of experience required.
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and stay focused on tasks without the need for constant supervision.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders across various functions.
  • Willing to receive guidance, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve performance.
