The Associate for the Education & Social Impact (ESI) Practice at Spencer Stuart will play a crucial role in supporting C-level executive searches across various sectors. This position involves collaborating with core Consultants to identify and develop diverse candidate slates, utilizing research, assessment, and relationship-building skills to provide exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities

• Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing position specifications and search strategies.
• Gather information on relevant industries and target companies, identifying potential prospects.
• Validate candidates through reference and source calls.
• Partner with Consultants to present a slate of qualified candidates to clients, anticipating needs to drive searches to closure.
• Contribute to the preparation of position specifications, candidate presentations, and reference reports.
