About The Position

The Colonial EXPLORE program is a rotational professional development initiative designed for recent graduates to gain comprehensive exposure to various functional areas within Colonial Pipeline Company. Participants will rotate through entry-level positions across multiple departments, enhancing their professional experience while building leadership skills over a commitment of at least three years. This program aims to develop future leaders in the energy industry by combining classroom knowledge with practical work experience in a supportive and safety-focused environment.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 overall or 3.5 in major course area.
• Three years or less of professional work experience.
• At least two prior leadership experiences in various settings.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational program across various functional areas of the company.
• Gain professional experience in entry-level positions in three to five areas of the company.
• Engage in mentorship opportunities with C-suite team members throughout the program.
• Take on increasing levels of responsibility with each rotation.
• Commit to at least three years in the program, with the possibility of extending participation up to five years.
