About The Position
As an Associate eCommerce Business Analyst at Uline, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of one of the largest eCommerce websites in the country, uline.com. This position is based at our corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, and requires a passion for troubleshooting tech issues and a keen eye for data analysis. You will be responsible for analyzing customer feedback to identify website issues and recommending enhancements that improve usability and overall user satisfaction. Your role will involve a deep dive into user activity, website metrics, and business trends to provide actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with the User Experience team to develop concepts that align with best practices in website usability. Additionally, you will work with Quality Assurance and Development teams to validate web enhancements, ensuring that all changes meet the highest standards of quality. Regular documentation and weekly reporting tasks will also be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to track progress and communicate findings effectively.
