This includes handling order/trade queries, FIX issues, limit setup, and front-end EMS functional queries. The role also requires monitoring T0 order flow for failures and rejections, reconciling the global order book during incidents, onboarding new futures clients, and managing the client/vendor FIX onboarding process from UAT to production go-live. Additionally, the position involves maintaining existing client configurations, verifying trade executions, adjusting risk limits for Futures & Options clients, and facilitating compliance and operational risk investigations.
