About The Position
The Acquisitions Due Diligence Manager is responsible for managing and conducting all due diligence procedures for real estate acquisitions at Property Reserve, the real estate investment arm of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This role involves collaborating with the transactions team to ensure sound financial modeling and thorough asset knowledge, collecting documentation, managing third-party vendors, reviewing reports, and preparing investment packages to inform strategic decision-making for prospective acquisitions.
