About The Position

Join the # 1 Beer distributor delivering beverages to your local stores and restaurants! We select, stock, and sell brands such as Modelo, Coors, Heineken, Fireball, VMC and many more! Schedule: Full Time - Monday - Friday Shifts: Start times as early as 4am – 6am Pay: $24.85 per hour starting pay, with in increase to $26.62 per hour after probation with opportunities for overtime and additional increases after 9, 15 and 21 months in role. Additional compensation includes: Incentive pay based on cases delivered at the completion of training, company paid benefits and an opportunity to participate in company’s 401(k) retirement plan with vesting (ownership) of 100% from day one on employee and matching contributions. Home Daily (local routes only)

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
0 to 1 plus years of specific driving experience
Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License or equivalent driving experience in the military
Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Responsibilities

The Associate Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our customers as well as pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
Drivers also must have the ability to safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts
This role will securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
You will pick up returned products including payments and pallets as well as completing delivery and pick up paperwork
Other duties as assigned
