Is comfortable discussing care recommendations, financials, and long-term wellness plans and asking for referrals

Understands that conversion, retention, and outcomes matter

Responsibilities

Perform thorough exams, X-rays, and evaluations
Confidently deliver Day 1 and Day 2 reports of findings with strong patient understanding and conversion
Design and manage evidence-based care plans that deliver measurable outcomes
Utilize advanced chiropractic technologies, including: Digital X-ray Class IV laser therapy Spinal decompression Progressive rehab protocols
Monitor progress and modify care plans to ensure long-term success
Consistently convert new patients into active care plans through clear education and trust-based communication
Track and improve key performance indicators including: Conversion rate Visit utilization Case acceptance Patient retention
Maintain strong documentation and follow-through
Serve as a clinical leader and role model for staff
Collaborate with rehab and front-desk teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
Participate in weekly meetings, training, and strategy sessions
Help build systems that support growth and efficiency
Represent HealthSource professionally in the community
Participate in marketing events, workshops, and outreach
Build referral relationships with local businesses and professionals
