Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with active bar membership.
- 10+ years of professional legal experience in relevant fields.
- Expertise in contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on issues affecting the Surgical Technologies business unit.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including Sales, Services, and Software Subscription.
- Advise Compliance on issues related to healthcare professional interactions and regulatory compliance.
- Implement internal processes and assist in dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with various functional teams across the organization.
- Support business development with legal insights.
- Communicate effectively with management and outside counsel.
