About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and place high-capacity individuals in meaningful volunteer opportunities.
  • Provide onboarding to new volunteers, ensuring integration across campus with University priorities.
  • Create and maintain the volunteer website/portal to ensure available volunteer opportunities are always up to date.
  • Plan and execute an annual Volunteer Leadership Summit to foster networking and leadership development among volunteers.
  • Create and implement a formal volunteer recognition program to celebrate volunteer contributions.
  • Maintain accurate volunteer records in the university's database and provide regular reports on volunteer engagement metrics.
  • Partner with university departments and community organizations to create and promote volunteer opportunities.
  • Assist in assessing the effectiveness of volunteer programs and provide insights for improvement.
