About The Position
Veeva is a new platform being built at Biogen to innovate more effectively, run the business more efficiently, and get to market faster. As 'Veeva Platform - Application Services Lead', you will be a Leader and Product Owner for Veeva Platform Services and will have the ownership of technology architecture, design, best practices, demand prioritization and end-to-end solution delivery for projects, and enhancements with best-in-class quality at enterprise scale across Biogen. Within the centralized Enterprise Application Services (EAS) IT organization, the 'Veeva Platform - Application Services Lead' will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts from R&D Clinical, Safety, Regulatory, and Quality, as well as technical architects and development teams from EAS/BCCI, alongside project managers. This collaboration aims to provide a range of solutions addressing business needs, upgrades, enhancements, new capabilities, and other system development initiatives as requested by customers. Additionally, this role will serve as an advisor to senior leadership and management regarding investment decisions and demand prioritization.
