Managed Care Organizations, Payers, Employers, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and other large customers are critical for the U.S. Vaccines business unit, a priority growth area for our company. As a member of the Organized Customer Access & Reimbursement (OCAR) team, you will work closely with customer segment leads, marketing teams and other stakeholders across the U.S. Vaccines organization to develop promotional resources and accelerate digital engagement with organized customers aligned to portfolio needs.

  • Drive evolution of organized customer engagement tools, resources and communications through a digital, omnichannel approach that supports strategic imperatives for organized customers and vaccine brands.
  • Collaborate with account executives and brand teams to help meet organized customer needs and design customer specific tools and resources.
  • Develop organized customer tools and resources for account executives and across multiple engagement channels supporting the vaccines portfolio, new indications and appropriate pre-launch activities.
  • Manage creation and monitoring of Agency scope of work (SOWs) and Agency evaluation process. Accountable for the operational proficiency of Agencies and other channel outsourced vendors.
  • Manage projects and programs through appropriate internal and external support services in development of content, design, Promotional Review Team (PRT) approvals, and production.
  • Oversee the appropriate administration of promotional budgets for projects and deliverables.
  • Work collaboratively with multiple teams including OCAR, Integrated Account Management (IAM), Vaccines Key Customer Lead (VKCL), Strategic Alliances, Market Research, Analytics, CORE, Medical Affairs and Brand Team leads.
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Minimum of 4 years in marketing, marketing support and vendor/agency relations at our company.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute brand and customer marketing strategies to include innovative approaches and digital engagement.
  • Ability to work in an emerging and evolving environment with demonstrated examples of working in new ways.
  • Experience and success in cross-functional leadership and teamwork.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and activating customer and brand market research insights.
  • Excellent planning and presentation skills.
  • MBA or other advanced degree.
