About The Position

The Associate Director Market Access will play a pivotal role in ensuring patient access to oncology products by collaborating closely with various internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a strategic approach to market access, focusing on the development and execution of comprehensive strategies that align with brand marketing objectives. The Associate Director will work with agency partners, internal brand colleagues, and teams across promotions, communications, pricing, policy, legal, and health economics to inform strategies that support current indications and facilitate the launch of future key tumor indications. Reporting to the Director of Oncology Market Access, this role is integral to the success of the company's oncology portfolio. In this role, the Associate Director will be responsible for developing customer-specific strategies that enhance access for patients and drive growth. This includes creating payer and market access strategies that are aligned with the company's objectives for both current and future oncology products. The Associate Director will also be the main point of contact for resource support and ongoing planning related to messaging and communications for field-facing teams. Additionally, the position involves providing input from a U.S. perspective into global access teams and new product planning, ensuring that the company's offerings are well-positioned in the market. The Associate Director must possess strong leadership and communication skills, as they will be required to engage with diverse teams and senior management effectively. A proactive nature and the ability to manage change while anticipating risks are essential for success in this role. The position also demands a deep understanding of healthcare trends and policy issues, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment to build a compelling value proposition for oncology medicines that supports access and reimbursement consistent with product labeling.
