The Associate Director, Training, US Medical Affairs & Evidence Generation is responsible for supporting the strategy, planning, and execution of training programs for the US Medical Affairs and Evidence Generation organization, including field medical and internal medical stakeholders. This role partners closely with Medical Affairs leadership, Medical Directors, MSL Leadership, and cross-functional partners to ensure training programs drive scientific excellence, field readiness, and continuous capability development. Additionally, they will partner with the full US Commercial Training to support the broader argenx training community to execute and sale training initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. The Associate Director, Training, US Medical Affairs & Evidence Generation will report into the Director, US Medical Affairs Training.
